SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The shipping cost is calculated automatically and is based on weight and where the goods are to be sent. You can always see what the shipping will be before you complete the payment.
We reserve the right that delivery costs may change.
Delivery takes place with PostNord for smaller packages and with Schenker for larger and heavier deliveries. As soon as we have handed over your package to the post office, you will receive a confirmation email from us that the package is on its way. For packages that weigh at least around 2 kg (may vary a little), you will also receive a tracking number so that you can track your package.

The delivery usually reaches the customer within 3-6 working days (within Sweden) from the order being placed, but we reserve the right for possible delays of a few days due to high pressure or other things that get in the way.
We do everything we can to protect the goods as best as possible during delivery. We ensure that the package lasts and is well sealed and when delivering more fragile products, we use bubble wrap or similar to prevent damage. Smaller products such as nano cans are always placed in small zip bags.
We always try to make it clear whether an item is in stock or not, to avoid misunderstandings. However, it can be wrong (if, for example, two orders are placed at the same time) and we reserve the right to cancel orders that are out of stock and of course give 100% of the money back. If the item that was out of stock arrives within a reasonable time, we will notify the customer of the delay and then deliver at no extra cost. You have the right to cancel the product in case of extended delivery time.

PAYMENT AND ORDERING
We use Swish and PayPal to take payment. When you want to pay and place your order, you must first open your shopping cart. Already there, you can sometimes see your shipping cost if your information is still there from before, but usually you have to wait until checkout to see your total cost. In the shopping cart, you can choose "Checkout" or "PayPal Checkout". Here, select "Checkout" for the easiest implementation, even if you later want to pay with PayPal. Here you can first enter your delivery information and be careful that everything is correct. When you are done with that, you will come to "Shipping method" where you can choose which shipping method you want. Once you have selected it, your shipping cost will be updated and you can now see the total cost of your purchase. Then you come to "Payment" where you can choose how you want to pay. Here you can either choose PayPal or Manual payment (Swish). Swish is for you who want to pay conveniently directly from your mobile and PayPal is for you who want to pay with your credit card or with your PayPal account.
Swish (only in Sweden) is perfect for those who want to pay quickly and easily, directly from their mobile phone. If so, choose "Manual payment" instead of PayPal at checkout. There you can read exactly how to proceed and what to include in your message. If you pay the wrong amount or do not include complete information in your message, your order may be cancelled. Follow the instructions provided at checkout carefully and then complete your order. If your order needs to be canceled for any reason, we will notify you and of course we will refund any incorrect swish costs.
PayPal is one of the world's largest and most secure payment services, used by millions of people and businesses around the world. If you want to pay with PayPal, select "PayPal" instead of "Manual Payment". You can also choose "PayPal Checkout" already in the shopping cart or "Express checkout: PayPal Checkout" at the top of the checkout, before you have entered your delivery details, but for the smoothest implementation, you should go through the checkout first and select "PayPal" during payment. When you are finished in the checkout and press "Order" you will be redirected to PayPal where you can pay for your order. There you can either log in and pay with your PayPal account, or pay as a guest with your credit card without registering and your data will not be saved anywhere, unless you choose to. If you want to pay as a guest, select "Pay with debit or credit card". If you choose to pay with a debit or credit card, you must enter your billing information and contact details, as well as approve the payment with your bank. (E.g. in the BankID app.) When your payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal and when your order is placed, you will also receive a confirmation email from us. Petror.se does not get access to your bank and credit details that you provide to PayPal when paying, but the payment is handled entirely by PayPal.
When we have processed your order, packed your package and left it at the post office, we will send you another email notifying you that your order is on its way and has left our warehouse. This email also includes a possible tracking number that you can use to track your package. We cannot guarantee that your delivery will be trackable, especially if your package is small (e.g. under 2 kg), but we will do our best to ensure that you can track your particular package.
RETURNS
According to the distansköplagen (Distance Shopping Law), consumers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping online. Of course, we also follow this as long as the goods that the customer returns are in the same condition as when they were first purchased. Products that come in a specific package must not have been opened. If they are not in the same condition on return as when they were sent, we reserve the right not to refund the full amount concerned and in some cases, nothing at all. Therefore, it is important that the goods that are returned are well packaged. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns.
With returns, you must first send us a message telling us which goods will be sent back. You don't have to state why.
If more than 14 days have passed since you received your goods, you no longer have any right of withdrawal.
INTEGRITY POLICY
When you place an order or contact us, you agree to us saving and using the information you have provided about yourself. We need the information to be able to deliver the goods and send out information about the products.
By placing an order from us, you agree to be contacted for marketing purposes via email. If you no longer want that, just tell us.
If there are problems with delivery or payment, we will also use the information to be able to contact you. If you wish to have access to the personal data we have about you or if the data is incorrect, irrelevant or incomplete, you can of course request that it be corrected or deleted.
Your address is only used so that we can deliver the goods to your home.
For all unclaimed (not picked up from postal agents) packages, we reserve the right to charge the customer with return shipping and also administration costs of SEK 150.

PRICES
Our prices are from the beginning, stated in Swedish kronor (SEK), but it is possible to see the prices in other currencies with the menu at the top left. No other costs from our side are added after the payment for the order has been completed. If you order from abroad, however, you may be charged for customs and VAT. Read more here. We reserve the right to final sales, price increases, currency changes, etc.
If a product has a reduced price, it is usually clear what the original price is. If it is not visible, just ask us.
The company Melker Nordström is not liable for VAT and therefore the VAT is always 0 when you buy from us.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We take no responsibility for damages that may occur due to our products. We also take no responsibility for delays or errors that arise outside the company's control, such as e.g. fires, war, authority decisions or labor disputes.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to final sale of products, and we also cannot guarantee that our products that we manufacture ourselves look exactly the same as in the pictures in the online store, when it comes to e.g. color differences that may be affected by monitor and photo quality. We do everything we can to expose the products as accurately as possible.
